Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially declared the Written Result for the Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2026. The examination was conducted on 08 February 2026 across various centers in India for four engineering disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the official merit list are now provisionally qualified to appear for the Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2026. The Mains exam is scheduled to be held on 21 June 2026 (Sunday).

  3. Click on the link titled "Written Result: Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2026".

  4. A PDF document will open containing the Roll Numbers and Names of the qualified candidates categorized by engineering discipline.

  5. Use Ctrl + F (on PC) or the search icon (on mobile) to enter your Roll Number.

  6. If your roll number is listed, you have successfully qualified for the Mains stage.

  7. Download and save the PDF for future reference.
